I ran the document by Exelon's legal department.  I have attached the raw marked up comments.   I suspect clarifications may be needed, however I suggest that the collective comments be reviewed and the revised version be reviewed.   It would be helpful for a "cover letter" where the principals that the IPP is intended to meet are stated.  This way the attourney can review this in the proper light to protect both the UG and Exelon/ComEd.
