Julio Apaza received his degree in Electric & Mechanic Engineering from the Engineering National University (Perú) in 1992 and has completed studies in Energetic Mastery. Worked in the Peruvian Electrical Tariff Commission as Consultant in 1994 and former chief of the IT office of the Peruvian Committee of Economic Operation of the national Interconnected System (COES-SINAC) between 1995 and October of 2011.

Mr. Apaza has participated as author and panelist in the PES General Meeting 2010 and DistribuTECH 2011 respectively.
