Rodger Koopman. Mr. Koopman leads EDSA’s software development efforts for two product lines, Paladin Live and Paladin Reports. He brings a rare combination of senior management, product development and hand-on software engineering knowledge to his role. He has extensive experience bringing real-time software products to market in a startup environment.

Mr. Koopman has over 25 years’ experience working on complex real-time and enterprise software solutions. Mr. Koopman is a retired Air Force officer with a significant background working in multi-national environments and managing cross-cultural technology projects. He also has extensive experience in the area of redundant and reliable data communications in mission critical operational environments.  He has served as Director, Product Development, Itron, Inc. (ITRI) and Director, Software Engineering, Silicon Energy.
