Sean Teska is a Senior Consultant in the Technology Integration solution team at West Monroe Partners.  His recent focus has been on Smart Grid systems integration projects for the Energy & Utilities industry.  Sean is currently the technical lead on the systems integration project for a DOE ARRA grant recipient.  He has been integral in designing the integrated processes, developing the technical integration solution, working with the client to create the final acceptance test plan and driving the testing effort.  The integrated system will allow the utility to accurately produce monthly bills, manage outages, and allow customer access and control of their energy usage.
