David R. Ball is the Senior Vice President of Energy Delivery at AEP, where he oversees engineering functions, real-time operations, field services, and compliance for one of the largest utility companies in the United States. With over three decades of experience at AEP, David has held leadership roles across transmission operations, protection and control engineering, and system reliability. He is a registered professional engineer in Ohio and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, an MBA from Marshall University, and advanced executive training from Ohio State University and the University of Virginia.
