Help Desk 

Description

The Help Desk Subcommittee administers the technical Help Desk function for the Users Group. The Help Desk activity is run primarily through each of the Users Group Web Sites/Forums.
 
The Help Desk keeps a list of volunteer domain expert contacts that are assinged to respond to specific questions in technical specialty areas such as: IEC 61850, IEC 61968, IEC 61970, UCA, Security, Testing, Object Models, Profiles/Communications and Products. Referrals to technical contacts are cleared through a single point of contact through the central Help Desk Web Site. 
 
The help desks may be reached via the "Ask for Help" tab in the Quick Launch at the left side of the top site for each community, ie. http://cimug.org.
