UTRECHT NETHERLANDS
IOP Event (7 – 16 Oct 2026) | Users Group Meeting (8 – 9 Oct 2026)
Getting to Utrecht (Jaarbeurs) From Anywhere in the World
Event venue: Jaarbeurs, Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht, Netherlands.
Step 1 — Fly into the most convenient airport
Recommended airport: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS)
It’s the main international airport for the Netherlands and has the easiest train connection to Utrecht.
Step 2 — Take the train to Utrecht Centraal
From Schiphol Airport, go to the train station located inside the airport (“Schiphol Airport” station) and take a direct train to “Utrecht Centraal.”
Tip: Use the official Dutch Railways (NS) journey planner to confirm live platforms/times.
Step 3 — Walk from Utrecht Centraal to Jaarbeurs
When you arrive at Utrecht Centraal, follow the signs for “Jaarbeursplein / Jaarbeurs” and walk to the venue (it’s close and well-signed).
If You Are Arriving via Another Airport
These also work well; you’ll simply connect into the Dutch rail network and continue to Utrecht Centraal:
-
Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM): bus + train to Utrecht Centraal.
-
Eindhoven Airport (EIN): local transfer + train to Utrecht (typically via Eindhoven Centraal → Utrecht Centraal).
If You Are Arriving From Another European City by Train
Most international rail routes connect through major hubs (e.g., Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Schiphol) — from there, continue to Utrecht Centraal, then follow signs to Jaarbeursplein.
